Brian Mclaren has been apart of the emerging conversation ever since it was nothing more than an embryonic whisper on the fringe of the church. He continues to be a leading voice in the conversation. I have been engaged in Brian's writing for almost 14 years. He always seems to set an open table for a conversation of humility, hospitality and hope. He continues to stretch us with the redemptive imagination of Jesus pursuing the reality of the Kingdom...its theology and practice.
If you haven't read Brian's books, or have heard him speak...GO! The conference starts tomorrow evening, and ends Saturday evening. He is passionate about the church, and how to live faithfully in post modernity. He will make you think. He will make you wrestle with what you believe. He'll make you unpack, and repack your faith. He will make you reach for more.
